I sympathize with your feelings, Ogi, and I'd love to see some news too. I'll stick to my assertion, however, that we won't hear a peep about the suit or much else until a settlement is announced.

Hi Ogi. Stew is right. When the talks commenced with the BC government, the first thing that was demanded (by the government)was no comment from "either side" until either negotiations fell apart or concluded. They havesn't done either....... so......we wait....!!
