Like most of the information which eventually turns up here, it simply provides further proof of the legitimacy of those involved with this business.

ummmm, isn't this an oxymoron? It certainly is for you and JulieJulie as ones who supply information.

Back by request: The missing R.

You ridicule and belittle what you would wish to diminish. That I pointed out that Charlie Vaccaro is known also as Charlie Vaccarro by the NASDR is somehow demonic? I have never claimed it was too remarkable really, unless one would wonder whether this was an attempt by Charlie to distance himself from his Greenway Capital experience. It is no different than say Frank Pugliese being also known by the NASDR as Fausto or Faustino (though Fausto has gone a little farther and even has two CRD#'s). But then of course Fausto has that experience at Stratton Oakmont he may be trying to distance himself from.

Certainly not as big a deal as evading the filing of their Form 10, but it does begin to add to up to an MO of promotion by misrepresentation.

Also by request: The missing "$".

Why yes indeed. That one is an interesting one. A rather ambiguous omission. And one that was apparently made by the company, as this is a paid for site where the info is company entered.

60,000 Sales last 12 Months:
. . .
Revenue sources for DEAO include: Advertiser sponsored content (exclusive and non-exclusive contracts available) % of online retail sales Development of online stores for merchants without e-commerce enabled web sites.
(See: #reply-9723592)

It was quite interesting to discover that people were claiming that this meant 60,000 separate sales as opposed to $60,000 in gross sales over 12 months. Quite a different picture. Interesting isn't it that this ambiguity served to inflate the possible volume of business they may have been doing. Is this more of their MO?

Oh, my goodness and the heinousness of placing Marc Tow in San Diego rather than Newport Beach. That I got paid for that? Hahahahaha.

Nobody is paying these days I think to misdirect investors about a stock that has not traded in about a year. Whatever you are drinking, I suggest setting it aside for the afternoon until you can regain your usual unpleasant demeanor. (Though there is something to be said for expressing your inner child, this might not be the best forum.)

Good luck. Your friend jhild.

When it comes to PABN, what "good research" are you referring to?

I think I have figured you out. You really don't want discussion of the facts, do you?

I think you want what your fellow pumper Lorriestar wants when he says: ...WE WANT PABN FACTS. That is facts according to what PABN/PRWT wants potential investors to believe. You just don't want light shone into dark places.

You are against the very thing you say you are for. No free inquiry for you. No discovery of the truth for you. Just regurgitation of PABN/PRWT PR. Just channeled and cheerled enthusiasm. Too bad for you it doesn't work that way.

You even defend them by denying their obligation to report to shareholders and the investing public. You even go so far as to suggest that I would take payment for misdirecting shareholders in a defunct, non-trading company. How do you think up things like that? Is this what you do for a living that would make you so familiar with such a tactic, as stupid as it may be?
