Barton: The last financial statement posted, to my knowledge, are those on the Canadian web site sedar.com. As I recall, they were published April 1999 for the year ending January 1999. Much has happened since then, so they are inaccurate as to current events.

The 250 million shares reported is a current figure, not a post merger figure. To get an estimate of the post merger figure, divide the 250 million MVEE shares by 12. You will recall that the merger is based on 1 share of EINI for 12 of MVEE. That will give you an estimate of MVEE's portion of the post merger outstanding shares. MVEE shareholders will own 50% of the combined entity. Therefore, multiply the post merger projected shares of MVEE by 2 to get an estimate of the total outstanding shares. In other words, 250 million / 12 = 20,833,333 X 2 = 41,666,666 estimated post merger shares.

A recording of the Tony Cataldo conference call is reportedly available at eini.net using Real Player. I understand there is a telephone number posted on the bb's which will also allow you to hear a recording of the conference call.

Leroyt, a poster on this BB, also reported a conversation with Tony Cataldo confirming the 250 million shares currently outstanding for MVEE.

I read a report on the bb that there is no outstanding debt for MVEE. I believe this was reported in the conference call. However, I did not hear the call.

I haven't rechecked the SEDAR document for the 30M figure, but the general consensus is that the figures on the last filing are out of date. The 200M+ shares are based on 'best guess' calculations and a message from Leroyt. There is no documentation since the end of last year and that showed the shares somewhere around 109M (I think).

According to the CC the company currently has about 9M in equity, and no debt. After the merger there will be approx. 50M shares outstanding...

Here is the summary of the CC that I posted just after it ended.
