Well, it does look like the price went up while Tony Cataldo was at SNTKY. It also seems that TC left his $250,000/year job (plus car allowance and options) before his contract came to an end (12/31/99). So, I wonder what MVEE had to pay TC to leave SNTKY early and come to MVEE? His options at SNTKY were exerciseable at $1.50 and the stock when up to nearly $5. I wonder at what price his options are exerciseable at MVEE Thanks Leroyt.
