The Market... *************** Market Breadth looks good with Advancers leading Decliners and New Highs leading New Lows... New Lows are lower at this time today than they have been in weeks... finance.yahoo.com This is an indication that selling is drying up... The only caveat is that volume is low... This is an indication that there is money on the sidelines awaiting the FED action or inaction tomorrow... If we get a 1/4 rate hike and a continuation of the neutral bias, the market should take off on higher volume as some of the money comes off the sidelines... Jim
