Mr. Tom Veale
C/c Veale Equity Warehouse
Port Washington, Wi

Dear Mr. Veale,

It hs come to my attention that over the past couple of years, the amount of taxes you have paid me is a disproportionate amount in comparison to others of your economic ilk.

While it is never my intention to not collect "monies" due me, I am worried that the amount paid by the Veale Equity Warehouse has risen regularly. I too have budgets which are based upon years of research and intense scrutiny and quite frankly, all this money coming from your company is throwing things out of whack.

I, therefore, by virtue of this letter, authorize you to withhold any further monies you may feel compelled to send my way the remainder of this year. While it is too early to tell if I can extend this offer into the next millennium I will notify you before the end of this year if I believe this is a possibility.

Please, in no way consider this a rebuke of your efforts to increase payments to me. However, as a former "cheesehead" myself (few people know this of me) I'm hoping you'll understand and take appropriate actions.

I aim to be back to you by December 7th with further instructions.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter.

Sincerely yours,

Uncle Sam
