It might like like a scam to you, but to me it sounds like good business. Business is about generating profits first, and last, not public relations. James, I am surprised at that comment. What about ethics? I have the last two adjoining lots in a upscale development in the Meadville area for sale liste by a realator. A local dentist called me directly hoping to cut out the realtor fees. No way. The realator paid to advertise this propery, etc. I am losing confidence in the ethics of many people. Glenn
