I don't know the percentage but it's not very high (low single digits?).

GPS is more popular right now with corporate users (because they like bells & whistles) and new regional aircraft (these guys are interested in GPS because the VOR/DME navaids outside the United States are less reliable). I'm not sure what Boeing and friends have planned in this area. GPS has basically replaced older LRN systems like VLF/OMEGA and is a God-send compared to that system.
