You'd think someone who is so good at research could find out and report to us something so easy as the exact number of shares authorized as well as the exact number issued, just to pick an item at random (ahem).

Nothing easy about the outstanding number of shares here. With the TA giving out different numbers, and John Schmitz incapable of giving anything but an evasive answer to that question (we are to wait for Ken), just what do you think can be accomplished by calling any of the bunch of them? Though I note that you have happily relied on numbers that are nowhere near the ball bark that the TA has reported. The TA's number is quite north of the Form D declaration of there being 880million outstanding that John signed back in March. (The report of there being 1.75billion in the Form D and the TA saying there were 1.8billion authorized is about as close as we et to agreement here.)

Looking at the history of the reported number of shares outstanding we see that it has grown from 560million 14 months ago to reports from the TA quite recently of there being 1.1billion.

550million new shares in 14 months means that on average they have been adding about 40million shares a month. (Why that is about as big as the long list they keep posting on RB and they are doing that each and every month. What's up with that?)

The only one wearing transparent clothes here is the Emperor in his own mind - you, Mr. Tout, strutting naked of facts in your imagined finery.
