Ok... We have a legal document that states... BACKGROUND OF DIRECTORS WHOSE TERMS ARE CONTINUING ANTHONY JOSEPH CATALDO was appointed a Director in August 1996. He received a BA from Ohio State University and a Masters Degree in Economics from Georgia Technical Institute. and on the other hand we have... The proxy statement says that he did receive those degrees. That is the whole point in case you are missing it. Someone* who claims that they called said that he didn't.* Where are the 'charges'? All I see is you passing on allegations from an anonymous disgruntled investor, that contain no other proof than 'because I said so!' I would say that you are missing the point, you are making allegations, and accusations based on nothing more that 1 post a year ago by someone of questionable intent. I even searched Yahoo for a while and never found the follow-up message that 'Bin' promised. But, then again I don't plan on spending all night looking either. Mark
