Well Roger you should have been more thorough and read my response to that. (See: #reply-10953160) I posted Ohio State's treatment of that and noted that Ohio State at least treats the issuance of a degree as a public event and therefore does not fall under the guidelines. Universities have their own interests to protect as well. They can't have people going around and claiming they received degrees when they didn't. I think it is reasonable to expect that a lie is not privy to the protection of privacy.
