Well JeffO this isn't criminal court. In civil matters the preponderance of the evidence is the standard. That is only a 51% threshold that needs to be met. This is why OJ walked, but later paid. Your graphic references and inflammatory comments aside, I say at this point that it is time for Tony Cataldo to step up to the bar and explain his side of the story. This isn't puking, nor is it fascism. But if he is not forthcoming then he should expect this issue to dog him all the days of his tenure as the CEO of a public company. Stonewalling is not a politically wise thing to do. The longer it festers, especially if he has lied, the greater the price that will be extracted. The greater the demonstration of his lack of judgement.
