I must have missed it, been out of town quite a bit lately. I am all in all very happy with the service. I believe any provider will have a few problems here and there. No one is 100%. Qcharts is a great package. I would really have to see something phenomenal before I'd look to replace them. I'd probably stay for the reduced bandwidth requirements alone, it make quotes on the road with a slow connection so much easier.

IMHO, mytrack is not an option.

Any other opinions?

Omigod you mean they're imperfect? Hard to believe after all the good press.

I might give them another look some day but when I did last time, they couldn't set up charts the way I like them. The good thing is, by setting the standard, they're pushing their competition (like my eSignal), to improve their products.
