Think about it: That's 172 so-called public companies that won't disclose to their investors their actual financial status and business prospects. They may send you short, self-serving statements, but they recoil at the level of truth required in filings to regulators. and unfortunately the auditors will not be filling out a Form 10 for PABN..... this is quite evident by Joey's reporting that they will be auditing the numbers for 1998, and only reviewing them for 1999... And, in order to file with the SEC, the numbers need to be more current and fully audited for a first filing. Just WHEN will PABN file?

ok colleen... there is a lot you say you dont like about panam... your daily insinuations are that pabn (not pabn/prwt...no such thing), is one of these crooked companies... so, ill ask you an honest question, or three... do you KNOW it to be the case with panam, or do you just THINK it could be so in their case...??? will you acknowledge that there IS a difference...??? anybody can make insinuations about anything if they wish... would you care for me to give you a few examples...i can be VERY imaginative when i choose to be... i know what your rules are...facts are not necessary...make things up, or at least take things out of context...say anything you wish, whether it is applicable or not...assume the worse and make it appear to be so...impose your will against anyone at all times, whether they want to hear it or not...and etcetera... i can play the same game by the same rules... dont you suppose it would be fair to quit trashing them until you have actual just-cause to do so...excluding personal bias and slanted opinion, i mean... possibly facts and interpretation are not the same thing...???... do you think there is a possibility that some of us would rather do our own thing without being constantly harrassed...??? or at least just figure that you have blared on long enough... how would you feel if your neighbor began playing very loud, very irritating music all day and all night, every day and every night...how would you feel if you asked him time and time again to stop, and he would not... some of us envy his opportunity... what have you accomplished over these past 8 months, colleen...anything worthwhile...??? probably not...
