Eric, There are several others, like myself, who maintain legitimate publishing companies to protect our materials. We've already established copyright through that. Another entity cannot just twirl a legal wand and establish the limits of their permissive use. Copyright is defined under federal law. BTW I tripped over a web site featuring most of my Traders Wheel columns with no permission or acknowledgement. I turned it over to my very mean attorney and the problem was fixed in two weeks. Alan
