Hi Howard. "I don't think that particular post insinuated "crooked." " I agree with you 100%. "electronic garbage pit" is not an insinuation. Nor is it "news reporting." It is a declarative statement, in an column, that is, it is an o p i n i o n. It just is not expressed as an opinion. Of course neither j nor c want anyone to realize that. "But I certainly think any company not meeting those basic audited filing requirements are either crooked or incompetent, there is no other category I can think of. " Really? Ever heard of a company called Fieldcrest Canon? How about Olivetti? Or Saf-T-Lok? Household names. Guess what...they are all Pink Sheet Stocks. I'm not recommending them, just making the observation that your observation is an opinion which is not based on facts but on others' opinions. "Unfortunately, I still have all my shares whereas I have heard that just about everyone else, including the supporters on this thread, long ago got rid of theirs. So there is quite a bit of hypocrisy going on here. But then again, what's new? " An investment or trading strategy which is more successful than yours does not qualify as hypocrisy. For the record, I still have most of my shares, I sold just enough to free up my initial investment (my BB gambling money). Howard, if it is your opinion that not owning shares yet posting here is hypocrisy, then I think you should address your comments in that regard to j & c. "Either you are open with your shareholders, or you are hiding something, or you are so incompetent you haven't kept decent records. " Is Fieldcrest Canon incomptent? What do you think? Do they have something to hide? What about Olivetti? and Saf-T-Lok. Ask your broker for their copy of the Pink Sheets at the end of the week (if they won't give it to you, ask them if you can examine it). You'll be amazed at the successful, profitable, companies listed there. Many have lots of MM's quoting their prices, many have quite high share prices too. Howard, what you are missing is this: Being listed on the Pinks, OTCBB, NASDAQ, AMEX, NYSE, Foreign Exchanges, etc., can be part of a legitimate business development strategy -- steps from point A to B, then C, D and so on. Especially for a company whose business is only 14 months old. PCM GO PABN!!!
