Solutions Help Companies Leverage Information for e-Business
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 1999-- Tivoli Systems Inc. today announced that many of the industry's leading Storage Area Network (SAN) providers have joined the Team Tivoli partner program to make their SAN solutions and products Tivoli Ready. As a result, customers will be able to manage these SAN solutions for the first time helping to ensure the availability and integrity of critical information across the Enterprise Information Grid(TM), spanning from the S/390 to desktops to mobile devices.

Tivoli Ready products are those that have met key integration standards for manageability by Tivoli management software. Either approach allows a company's SAN devices to be discovered and managed by a Tivoli Managed Enterprise.
