You made the same mistake again. can be singled out on the basis of some visual input sufficiently verifiable to justify* killing any of them on the basis of such visual input.* Racist and terrorist killings do not need to be justified! They are cynical by their nature. So you can sensual inputs that do not allow discerning sufficiently verifiable. Zero verificability is, in principle, sufficient. Otherwise you are correct of course. If justification was needed, there would be no sensual input with a high enough discernability to select people that were otherwise strangers. Also, those neo-Nazis that are about to pick somebody out for hate-crimes would think it is sufficient that somebody 'looks like Jew', 'smells like a Jew' or anything, even if it was proven later they killed a perfectly 'Aryan' person. What else should they do? As they think it is impossible that a perfect 'Aryan' has the hated features, and if so, they still would think it 'justified' that he should be extinguished to keep 'Aryanity' pure. To understand crimes against humanity, you have to give up part of your humanity first ... Regards MNI
