Ike, I said next to me not because I'm conceited, though, of course, that is a factor, but because when I was managing bond portfolios, I beat these guys like a drum.

There is a reason why folks would want the stock to hit $87, but, IMHO, it would cost more money to get it there than they will make if it gets there. However, the closer we get, the more I think I am missing something or that the bulls are not smart enough to know that you don't invest $10 to make $2.

13% is kind of high for DSI. It usually hangs between 7 and 10%.

I can't really explain the whys and wherefores of the lease rate. I do know folks are selling gold that doesn't exist, but, other than that, I am not really into the gold market at the producer level. I suggest you check on Gold Eagle, as they have everything about this sort of thing.
