Vito was probably busy testifying before a congressional committee.

I'm going to predict that Brookhaven will file their 13 sale with the SEC after the stock has already dropped dramatically.

Sell early in a month, then not have to file until after the 10th of the following month. Why let the cat out of the bag too soon, right?

Unless their phone call comes at an inopportune time.....
