So being quiet will make it go away? Is Louise at Georgia Tech going to say he suddenly has a degree tomorrow? A number of you have challenged that this charge was correct. It seems that the prior charges were based on valid discoveries. Now you just want to bury it. It is a dead rat on the dinner table and you diners want to get back to your meals and pretend it isn't there. Have I got it about right? Well go ahead and eat hearty me laddies.

Dream, most folks take in all of the data and make their own decisions based on the totality of the situation. Each person gives every fact the weight that they feel it deserves and no more. jhild's problem is that he just cannot seem to understand why everyone does not consider a trivial point to be enough to run for the hills in fear. You have told him that you have other issues that you consider to be more important that you would like to discuss, but I'll bet you 100 shares that he will not allow any such discussion. Instead, he will continue to harp on his one minor point till the cows come home, whenever that is. He cannot seem to understand that he has made his point and in the grand scheme of things most people think it insignificant.
