n, Did you see Merrill's big downgrades in the retail and biotech sectors this morning. Also it seems that while Blodget is away, ML's Caruso likes to attack his companies. Last Friday it was AOL and today it's AMZN. Bob, Thank you. I shall read it. Glenn

BTW I don't think price comparisons on individual items will make or break amzn in the electronics category. The problem with Circuit City is their no assistance policy, a lot of "bait and switch" - where the sale item is conveniently out of stock etc., and their hard-sell on extended warranties which is the only way they can make a profit with their margins.
