It is true that the tenor of Greenberg's new article is very anti ANCR. But what is important is that he felt it necessary to defend his prior work, and his defense includes information that should have been in the original article.

From someone in his position this article is about as close as you will get to an acknowledgment that the first article was unfair. I think readers will recognize this. I don't anticipate much effect on the stock price however.

Yes, it is. Of course August's figure will not include the Greenberg effect since they are reported as of mid-month. I liked the second article; at least it was ballanced. What incentive would Sun have to dispute Brocade's side if it were the truth? Couldn't Sun have said, "both switches performed well, but Ancor offered us more attractive terms"? Maybe they want to have a different switch from everybody else, and want the other switch to be perceived as inferior. Or maybe Sun is telling the truth.
