Inc. (OTC BB:TXCI), announced today at the Telecom Business '99 Expo
in New York City, that it will continue to provide the
telecommunication service for the highly popular "America Calling The
World" pre-paid phone card distributed by Blackstone Pre-paid Products
nationwide.
Offering worldwide access for more than four years, this leading
pre-paid product features competitive pricing for calls made to Cuba,
Columbia, Brazil and other Latin American markets. The Company stated
that Blackstone distribution plans anticipate that approximately 2.5
million "America Calling The World" pre-paid phone cards, with an
estimated retail value in excess of $28 million, will reach
distribution outlets within 120 days.
According to TotalAxcess.com President and Chairman Joseph
Monterosso, "We are gratified that our telecommunication backbone will
continue to support a core product, one that has proven to be
extremely marketable and highly successful for Blackstone. This
distribution brings the Company right in line with our goal of

The Company reported on March 19 their initial order from
Blackstone Pre-paid Products worth approximately $8.4 million in
retail sales.
