Such is your opinion.

But I do find it interesting that through the proliferation of options to many levels of employees (even secretaries), shares outstanding continue to grow. Most companies compensate for this by repurchasing shares in the open market. Teradyne has not. Maybe they are waiting for a better price??

Just a comment about this. The last time the directors split the stock, it was a great contrarian indicator. Absolutely the top of the cycle.
