I was kidding about the 386, and the production redhat gui may be a dog. I have not used any distribution (redhat caldera slackware or suse) gui for years. watman.com shows ppro systems with screaming gui. But screaming gui costs a little. But with 32 meg of memory a 486 setup my way is very useable. Well only one display and only lets say four desktops. Multible displays require multible xservers my way.
