Peter --- Well, Nemer, i think this contest is a lock for you. I can't see how anyone can beat you Thanks for the vote of confidence .... however, Brian (kin of rocking stars) and Freddie (he of shy goals) both, as well as everyone else in the contest (as Scoot say, "anything can happen") have more to do with the outcome than do I. Off hand, I forget when it is over, but with my schedule of ..... arise into a brand new world every morning and see what the headofthehousehold has lined up and see if the computer works and seeing if I can actually arise it it possible I might not make another trade before Scooter shuts it down ...and I'm not in first place now and probably wont be when it is over, but the placement is of little importance. However, as I told Scott yesterday when I thanked him for his dilligent efforts and work, I have learned a lot from both the endeavors. For some reason, I can't recapture the ability that I had for a lot of years to position buy and hold for good profits ... like Brian is doing now. My experience in the market .. and it is considerable as far as time goes .... basically is of no avail for me today. After giving it much thought, I have arrived at the conclusion that for years I could envision "recoup time" should a position go against me ... whether the recoup would be in time recovery of the equity or the recoup would be in changing equities and the new one perform the recovery of loss. Now, I know that I am have a limited amount of recoup time available .... so perhaps my newly found skill (less than 2 years) of scalping on the emini has come along and fits my needs, outlook, and emotions. That, the contest has helped me with .... among other things. Seeya next week ......
