I have my bulls blinders on, and I see BUY!!! <g> ps. OT OT OT Was looking at Oahu real estate yesterday and noticed those $12M estates in Diamond Head. Hey, that's Bezos territory! Lowest single family home there was $550k, so it sounds like Palo Alto prices, excluding the ocean front factor. Kahala seems very nice and a little more reasonable. I saw a wonderful, charming place for $650k that would go for 3 times that in PA. Lanikai has a gorgeous beach, but the housing currently available seems kinda mediocre. Perhaps just an off time right now. Any other neighborhoods I should be checking out? Thanks. Rob
