Only one new 13's? Small caps are not moving with the market? According to your previous post, if new 13's don't pick up, you are going to fall back right?

NK: The small cap funds have not been participating in this rally so far... That's not unusual... After a correction people feel more secure in putting money into large caps... Then they start putting money into the small caps after they see stability in the market... That may come soon... The number of 13's is telling us this... Jim
