Hi Kemble,
What a glorious day this has been. Very soon I will be in the good graces of my son in law. I kept telling him back when DELL was around $50.00 pre split to buy DELL, He procrastinated and finally bought at the all time high of $110.00. I keep telling him to hang in there, we will come back and go even further UP. I even tried to get him to buy more to average down but as so many, he was scared to put another dime in DELL. So next week, I should be back in his good graces and in a few months he will LOVE me forever.

Dorine

ps. Do you think a stock split is coming soon?

Kemble -
Imagine HWP CPQ IBM attempting to do what DELL is doing in the service end...They can't...

I'm a little surprised by this statement. What DELL is doing is bringing its service up to the standard set by those other companies, who have had this capability for years.
