So we are going to get audited financials through December 31, 1998 but the fiscal year begins in February.

I believe you have erred.....

I talked to PABN's accountants today Covati and Janhsen. They confirmed to me that they are doing the audit for PABN. They expect to have them complete on or about Sept 15 1999. The audit will be for fiscal year ending Jan 31 99. They will also complete a Review for PABN up to July 31 99. Both the audit and the review will be released.
