Indian Scientists are as good if not better than the best in the world.

Yeah, maybe that's why they have all those power shortages, "scheduled" brownouts and blackouts, their roads are little more than paths strewn with dust, garbage and rubble, their water supply is contaminated with feces, their air pollution levels are among the highest in the world, and their railway system is among the most unsafe in the world. Yes, that explains it all!
