Would you say that this is an endorsement, and a validation, of the staying power behind Time Division Multiplexing and its related statistical multiplexing schemes? If so, what does this say about the notion that CSCO has been headed in a native all-IP-over- optical direction? Comments welcome. Regards, Frank Coluccio
