Marimba is capable of pushing things to you. From my use I would say that filled orders are pushed to you sometimes, though I'm not sure. If they are, the reason I don't know is I am too impatient to wait and I keep hitting update.

As for the order status, it certainly is on the screen. To see it, click on the little magnifying glass on the order and you will see all the detail for that order.

It is definitely an improvement over the web. It is slow to load, but once loaded performance is related to passing data on the web, and is perfectly adequate. I've been using the beta product for months, and I am very happy with it, though there are more things they will add. As they add them, the new features get downloaded to you automatically, by the way.

I got mine in the mail last week in CD form.

I did send them an email making the same suggestions I did in my previous post. To be fair, they were quick to respond and said they would take my concerns into consideration in the next release. I'm just a little surprised that with their experience in software development in StreetSmart and Equalizer, they should have by now figured out some obvious things.

Streaming quotes would be nice, though I work during the day, so it wouldn't be as useful to me as to a daytrader.
