You are looking at only a portion of the TXN deal. Here's the target level from the 10q. There is a bunch of other stock that can come off at lesser levels so we will have to see how it all plays out. I thought zeev had all this stuff together in one place but apparently he doesn't. Earlie might, but he is MIA with his new hedge fund.

Final comment, POS has more loony fleas than .... than... I don't know who to insult. -g- And we better start calling it 88 bucks since zeev has no clue how to round. -g-

Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements, continued

The 7% convertible subordinated notes due July 2004 are convertible into shares of the Company's common stock at $67.44 per share. The notes are redeemable through July 2001 if the common stock price is at least $87.67 for a specified trading period. The notes were offered under a $1 billion shelf registration statement pursuant to which the Company may issue from time to time up to $500 million of additional debt or equity securities. The subordinated notes due October 2005 with a yield to maturity of 10.7% have a face value of $210 million and a stated interest rate of 6.5%.
