A group at the National Institute for Advanced Interdisciplinary Research in Tsukuba has created the world's highest-capacity data disk. At 12 cm across, the disk compares in size to CDs and DVDs, but can hold 40 times the data of a DVD . The semi-transparent disk holds 200 gigabytes as compared to the 4.7 gigabytes of a DVD . The group says it will work with four companies including Sharp <6753> to continue R&D with the aim of producing a commercial version of the technology. They plan to have a test system ready within two to three years and to announce their breakthrough next month at a technical conference in Kobe.

looks like Cube is on its way to a new low. It is time to get ready to buy. Chances are Cube will bottom at 22-25, problem is the whole market looks real shakey. The whole environment is going to change radically and quickly between now and year end. Timing will be everything.
