On two separate past occasions REFR has dipped a couple points from its recently set highs and provided an opportunity for long term investors, like myself and my clients an opportunity to accumulate shares. This type of action has not been evident with this last increase. I have not been able to identify the specific small cap mutual fund that has been taking a position, slowly but surely, but there is one active in the market place. It is my opinion that REFR will test its all time highs before we see any type of significant pull back.

It is also my opinion that the short sellers have not "boxed" their position and remain "naked" shorts or would have had the ability over the last couple days to "cut the legs" out from under the longs.

IMHO we go higher and I might be forced to buy additional shares at these levels or miss the next five to six points.
