I have noted three successive up-ticks, leap frog like in nature, with no seller hitting the bid. The shorts are not as confident as they were in the past as it is obvious that three to four buyers are accumulating shares. REFR goes higher.

The REFR stock fraud

After the "licensing deal" with Dainippon was announced, much was made of the speculation that Dainippon would announce "production schedules" for SPD emulsions in September. No such announcement was made.

SPD is a 70 year-old technology which has proven time and again to be a failure. Despite numerous "licensees" which have come and gone over the years...and a nearly nonstop barrage of promises by management, not a single SPD product has ever been commercialized.

I reiterate my STRONG SELL/SHORT SELL recommendation.
