Tool, have to agree with you on this stock and I usually don't agree with ANYONE on ANYthing :) lol I am surprised that Waybe has gone long on this stock - my hunch is he is wrong this time. Nothing can make this a triple overnight, but just a few words from authorities can make it $.50. Just my two cents. I do respect those who stick by a stock and stay long, just don't think staying long on SNMM right now is a wise choice.

Licensees don't file criminal charges, they file civil suits.

On another topic, this post from RB provides some very interesting information that could give a peculiar twist to SNMM's case.

ragingbull.com

If Mr. Norman Inkster is indeed the Security Advisor of Cryptologic, SNMM's main competitor, and he does have the connections implied by the poster, people may want to know if CRY, or its consultants, had anything to do with SNMM's investigation.

I'm sure Mr. Inkster, if he was indeed Commissioner of the RCMP, may still has good contacts at that agency. Any thoughts on this matter?

toold, lots of speculation there, some with basis, some without. It is highly unlikely that accounts will be frozen because of a few fraudulent bets from the RCMP. Your points should be well taken for new investors in that there needs to be charges laid here to determine the severity. My investments are definitely small at this point and will remain so until the dust has settled.

It is highly unlikely that there are irregularities in their accounting system as Ernst and Young has completed audits for the past year.

the 2 licensees damages total 400k, of which Levy, based on info that HE has posted, is going to lose. I am not as sure on the Z.. guy. Btw, those are not criminal charges. a licensee cannot file criminal charges. They can sue for damages in the amount of 203 and I believe 200k. no issue.

I have read the private placement. Matches up with the filed SEC documents. I have read those as well. Where are the lies? All of this info is documented and in detail for the past year.

Mickey mouse or not, the sale of the porn relieves a perception from the investing audience. the 7million or so will not hurt the bottom line either.

Probably ending up in jail is not a good bet here. Btw, the same people that wrote this document actually thought that the servers were in Canada and are quite surprised that they were not. these same people lied on SNMM licensee sites as to where they were betting from and had to have checks mailed outside of Canada. could you please hold this bag of crack for a second?

I have not looked into CAPC as of yet.

The child porn was not on a server. How could a rent-a-cop sleezebag get info off of an internet server? the guy probably couldn't even get into the RCMP and was looking for an in.. The guy is absolute scum for having that stuff.

allegations need to be levied from sources other than a Christian newspaper and a press release every 2 days. btw, have you ever seen a police force provide day to day updates on "charges pending"? It is almost as if those guys are shorting the stock.

btw, did you know that funding has and is continuing to be slashed on the RCMP high tech crimes unit? Hmmm.

Dust needs to settle before anyone should jump in big here.
