C.Carlos, i saw that last night and could not believe how twisted this whole mess is. A former licensee and former cop are now working for CRY and potentially against SNMM while filing for NASD listing. good point on the charges as well. We are not dealing with a brain trust here. Brian

I'll assume you're new with Cryptologic since: 1- It is a fine asset for Crytologic to have Norman Inkster on board with Cryptologic. Here is more from a previous post by "Socramedes": "Norman Inkster is still security advisor to the board at CRY. For those who don't know of Mr. Inkster, he was appointed in late 1997 and was at the time (and as far as I know, still is) the president of KPMG Investigation and Security Inc. (a part of KPMG, the firm that later signed on as CRY auditors)." This makes me feel secure has a shareholder. Mr Inkster would have resign if there was something going on at Cryptologic. I REALLY HOPE THAT HE STILL HAS GOOD CONNECTION and that's why he's an asset to us all, shareholders. Cry's management do good things, you know. 2- Cryptologic must have received so many phone calls regarding all the "Starnet Affair" that it is just a good gesture to us shareholders to be told that there was no business or other relationship at all between Cryptologic and Starnet. Very Fine with Me as a shareholder. 3- The NASDAQ application was RIGHT ON TIME as promised by Cryptologic for many months. Please read pass press releases and listen to the analyst conference calls that followed. The date was July or August. I posted this week messages saying that this week or next week should be the week for the application if Crytologic's management do what they said they would do... and what? THEY DID IT!!! I'm very happy with that, as a shareholder. 4- You are saying that "Rivkins have been rumored to be previously involved with Russian organized crime..." I strongly suggest you supply facts and name to this since you might be liable for spreading false information on this board. So far, with the level of knowledge you've shown about Cryptologic, it's obvious to me that you have no clue what so ever about what you are saying, and doing. I'm open to listen on this topic, but you will need to give facts... Cryptologic is not operating like Starnet. 5- All legit companies do gain when illegal activities from competition are taked care by the police.
