Well because of the sensitive nature ... I called James and read him each question. Those are the answers.

James is not about to cause himself any problems by competitors knowing what he is doing which may cut his throat. He is determined to turn this company around and quietly.

He wants me to put together a list of the 10 most common errors for the website. I am going back through my complaints and try to get the 10 worse. I think he is wanting to test this the competent ability of a new designer.

I just learned of the 75,000 games he sold but he does not think that is news worthy. Also when a certain manufacturer was discovered the poor client got slammed by calls. James does not wish to loose any retailers for whatever the reason.

He is aware he is a small company right now turning around and is trying to avoid any undermining ... He was not so closed up when he was profitable ... but one release and the competition took one of his large retailers and two others failed. He will not make the same mistake.

The questions you are posing are confidential because they deal with the internal business practices of the company for the turn around.

Hope this helps
