Unclewest: Read my recent post to kc. This article was my buy signal. Typical SDRAM ram designs require 8 chips. As RAM density increases to 256MB per chips, your talking about 256 Megs as smallest divisible amount of RAM in computing device. Works out fine for computer but not cell phone. That what they mean by granularity.
