BO, #1. Yes FONAR Said they were READY and I'm sure Fonar Management expected to go forward with the "THEN" Plans.
However, IF your R&D developed additional MRI technology so soon after the 1998 RSNA, I ask you or anyone else. IS it better, wiser, considered better management to wait just a few months and HAVE MRI technology that will be VERY Competitive? Or would you just go full blast in an attempt to sell what you had at the time and then later have to explain to your customers WHY you did that. Even if this could be ADDED to placed Machines, look at that from a cost perspective.
#2. BO, you said And i guess it is wrong to be negative about a company that is so far all talk and no walk, but it is okay to endlessly hype that same company for over three years all the while watching the share price go steadily down?
A #1. I am NOT trying to CHANGE anybody's mind or sway them to my positive thinking. My intentions are to provide lurkers with a "Balance between the Positive like myself who ACTUALLY OWN shares of
Fonar stock and the Negative posters who's agenda it to trash the company and it's stock for whatever reason. You see, I have ALWAYS made my Trading strategy well known. Richard (WebDrone) calls me a Pump & Dump, thats OK, what does that make HIM? HUMMMMMMMMM or for that matter, anyone else who spends time trashing a company while owning NO SHARES ? ? ?
While addressing that issue, I might ADD that it perplexes me as to WHY anyone would spend their TIME day after day, week after week doing such a thing as you and Richard (WebDrone) and perhaps others appear to be attempting. Surely most folks can see through that, I would sure hope they can BUT I'll be right here making sure it is exposed. I was born at night but it wasn't LAST Night and I KNOW IF I had Already SOLD out like you say you have, there is NO WAY under the Sun I
would even read this or any other Fonar chat room much less spend time posting in it... Naw, can't convince me there is not underlining reasons for such actions.
ME, I'm OPEN as a Boot Jac about MY Reason for Posting, which IS; I believe FONAR will be a MUCH higher priced stock. I hold what I consider TWO positions, #1 a Long Term Position (I have no idea how Long, Long Term may be). #2 a TRADING Position and believe this or don't, right now I have NO INTENTIONS of taking ANY short term profits. Now if there is a FAST Run, I may use a 10 to 30,000 shares and try to trade a swing or two but if there is a nice steady increase setting good solid bases, then a healthy rest for a while. I intend to HOLD ALL My Shares.
I do expect a LOT of selling all the way through $2 but if $2 is broken, then I'll say THAT is when things will get REAL Interesting.
#3. If anyone thinks I'm locked into this one stock, they are Bad Wrong fellow. I just don't have the nerve to put the amount of cash into these other stocks I'm TRADING as I do FONR. I am confident Fonar will be around a LONG TIME.
Just Traded (RPIX) since June 1999 for a 450% Profit Gain, Prior to that was (JOES) for over 50%, before that (MDIX), (PRCY), had to be patient 2 years with (MSN) to make over 100%, still 50% per year. There were others but who really cares besides me ................ Point is, I've also TRADED FONR several times in the past, if I forget past profits, my current average is about $1.30 and should I sell at the Bid $1.09 right now I would take a loss of about $35,000. Now some folk don't want anyone knowing the amount they have invested and such. ME I don't give one flip WHO knows, blasted IRS Knows what I do right down to the penny, so why would I care.Could I take that Loss ? YES ............. Would it hurt? Yes but I had a lot worse licks than that , $110,000 one in 1996, Now THAT Hurt ....... Could I take the remaining $180,000.00, put it in a different stock? Maybe, I don't know that I could, if I did I'b be out of Fonar before the bell today, like I said, at Night but not Last Night.
I got 3 I am licking my chops to buy right now and I feel fairly sure I could double or better my money in in just a few days or weeks BUT to put a large amount in one like that? ? ? Not me again, I done been there, done that and got me a T-Shirt.
If Fonar does what I expect they will and BTW you ask "How Long am I willing to wait? The answer is NOT "as long as it takes, I'm not quite like Frank on that." So, Tell You and ANYBODY else this RIGHT NOW. If FONAR has not hit at LEAST $3 within 6 to 9 months AND is has not moved on to $5 within the next 12 months, you likely will have seen me honor the statement I made to this board. That statement was, "If I EVER Change my opinion and feel Fonar is not the has not performed as Felt it could, then I'll simply say so right here in public and just move on."
Bo, I can also tell you this, I flat won't do as you and weDrone are doing, hanging around, trashing the company. I'll take my little whipping and find me another investment. I'm doing THIS FOR ME, not for Fonar..... I think Fonar Management is just Fine Quality folk BUT they are working to build a Company and I'm Invested/Speculating IN that Company.
Some Folks may not like what I say, well bless their pea picking heats, guess what they can do, Hummmm.
