Found this interesting post on RB:

Look at MSGI- THE PRICE IS RIDICULOUS!!! The ONLY reason it's down here is because there is private funding going on as we speak- this is an old game on Wall St. They need the average trading price over the last 20 days & that's the price they get their RESTRICTED (1 year) shares at. SO- THEY LEAN ON IT, LEAN ON IT AND LEAN ON IT- till they get people like Dave & Topper to sell their stock thus compounding the pressure on it. Now, their average cost will probably be in the mid 15's, instead of 18. This is called THE SLINGSHOT EFFECT- meaning they pull it back like a sling shot, and once they're in, all the sudden, INCREDIBLY, all sorts of news & coverage starts coming out and MSGI is INSTANTLY $30 again and on it's way to new highs (see DCLK 2 years ago, SAME THING and more recently NETE) NETE was pulled back from 22 to 11 so Robbie Stevens could get in, now look at it. I expect MSGI to be a carbon copy situation. This is an old game on Wall st. KILL, or GET KILLED- simple as that. It's a sucker's game people, DON'T BE A SUCKER.

P.S. MSGI up to 5th on the Hot Topics rankings!

14 3/4 RT at 12PM so you may have to revise upward. Remember back in April this puppy skyrocketed 40% in one day so anything is possible with the day traders jumping back on the band wagon.
