Well I hope someone at PABN/PRWT knows how many shares are outstanding, authorized and in the float. So far John Schmitz can't answer definitively.

He says the answer is on the web site (which is wrong) or that it would be answered at the next MTM August 24th. Ooops, it's past the 24th and still no answer.

Kind of like when he was asked how many of the shares were placed in the private placement. He couldn't recall. So that means that he couldn't recall the revenue they generated from that placement either.

Is he just lying, or does he have a bad memory, or does he want to evade answering and so doesn't want to know for his own protection? It seems highly unusual that the CEO of a public company has no definitive answer for these questions.

"Btw, I bet Mary Feder doesn't list PABN on her current resume."

Why are you willing to bet that is the case? I'm very interested to know. I'm sure you would not risk your money unless you had some facts on which to base your evaluation of the risk involved. I'm very curious to know what those facts are.

If you need some help, I'm sure j, (you remember j, right? "Mr. Research," grin) I'm sure j can help you come up with some facts in support of that bet you are willing to make.

This ought to be good!
