Quite some time ago I suggested taking delivery of your stock to prevent the use of it. If it is still in street name I believe it can still be borrowed to short in house. Am I wrong?

Someone posted that Carl Berg owned IDTC.

Well Individual Investor(II) posted a commentary on IDTC today:
iionline.com

Here is a brief excerpt:
But if you like Net2Phone, you have to love IDT Corp. (NASDAQ:IDTC - Quotes, News, Boards), which still controls 57% of Net2Phone. At a recent $30.50, IDT is valued at $734 million. But IDT's stake in Net2Phone is worth $2.45 billion. I'll repeat that in case you missed it. $734 million IDT is sitting on a $2.45 billion asset.

Is this the same company? If it is, then Carl Berg's investment record looks pretty good to me.
