I agree and the terms should have been disclosed. I have been told 5 - 8 Million 2 year restricted regardless of the stock price. So 8 M and it down here is only $960,000.00 and I believe they have more invested in that right now. Now maybe a buck is the proper value. I dunno ... but .125 is BS :-) GB

Tim, why didn't you share that information with us before? You complain about information manipulation and then you sandbag us? Some of what you report fits into a nasty speculation IF the purchase price was tied to the VALUE of shares. How does one get paid the maximum number of shares? Drive the stock price down? The steps: drive the price of ORXX up with low volume and then convince Orex management of the value of their stock, write the sales contract based on dollar value for shares, then short the hell out of ORXX, drive the price down, convert the contract for lots of shares at the lower price, take control of the company as the stock price rises. This would be an equivalent to a floorless conversion. My little walk through is fictitious of course, just whimsy, but it is a scenario that works the observations given your information. Since nobody else has a good explanation for the stock decline, I offer it as a possibility, even if dead wrong. I'm disappointed that you sandbagged us.

RM- "HE" Tim is referring to the other HE as Blackburn and he posted that info as Bard Posted in over a month ago. BTW, the HE is not ME and or my claim group on this part: <<..I want to see what kind of a deal Blackburn received for Santa Maria. When he started negotiations I believe he was looking at 5 million shares when they were around $3.00. I find it amazing that he would have settled for 5 million shares when they were on their way down through the .30 range. The company has not made this information available to their share holders yet and had not issued the shares when they posted yesterday's stock position. As a shareholder I believe I have a right to know this information. ..>> Chucka-Thanksbe
