I've had cable access via MediaOne for 15 months, and I can tell you that once you go broadband, you will never go back to what you now have. Despite some really perturbing technical problems that seemed to defy correction during June and July, I (and everyone I know who has access to broadband) am completely hooked. Forty bucks a month is nothing, because it saves the only thing you can't make more of -- time.
