Doctor

It sounds like hyperbole, but with grains of truth lying here and there. Being in the law business what is your assessment on the 2nd Amendment and gun control?

Is it simply a "curious, convenient coincidence" that the conflagration at Waco could be delayed for months (seemingly without risk) and then out of the blue everything reached non-tolerable, critical mass on the eve of the second Rodney King trial verdict? Odd to say the least.

Could it have been an obscene orchestrated event, composed and timed to divert public attention, thus circumventing a potential second L.A. riot, if a politically incorrect decision was rendered by the jury?

A disturbing but interesting propaganda technique that has been employed by lesser governments.

<<"What is your motive for protecting those that would destroy the Bill of Rights, kill children, and deny the most basic freedoms which belong to
all Americans? "
Do you believe this or is it hyperbole?>>

OK, Let's look at these one by one.
Bill of Rights:
1) Freedom of religion as long as something is not said against current Administration from a pulpit, and be denied the sacraments of your religion if a native American. Freedom of Speech, sure you've still got it, but prepared to be audited by IRS for it. Public Assembly - sometimes - maybe.
2)The ATF is attempting to destroy ALL private firearms ownership.
3) pretty much safe, but there was the case in Indiania, but as DEA may only loosely called "soldiers" & we are in a war on drugs, and the people got their home back, and the court went against DEA holding up in peoples homes to watch others
4) Search & seizre with-out warrant? HA!
5) Protection against Double jeopardy you say? No more! Should we even discuss the many recent abuses of the Property clause of the 5th?
6) Speedy Public trial? Need I say a word?
7) Jury trial in civil suits - Arbitration! & findings of fact to be held final - judicial review?, Appeal in civil cases?
8) Excesive bail prohibiited - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Why bother going on? You have no interest in Freedom or you never would have said a word.
