Four years? FOUR YEARS? Hahahaha!! They have only seen one kind of market, they are not investors or traders, they are stock surfers who caught a big wave. Most small investors can only see one direction: UP. Most never even think of trading the downside. They either ride it down, keep buying and losing, or give it up and sit on the sidelines. The really knowledgeable traders know how to trade both sides and make money in long-term trading ranges too. Four years investing in the biggest bull market in history hasn't taught them more than one note in the symphony that is the equity marketplace. Most are little better than gamblers that have enjoyed slightly better odds than casino games in Vegas.
